The Advantages of Spaying and Neutering
Spaying a female pet reduces her chances of mammary tumors and cancer significantly. It also keeps reproductive cancers and possibly fatal uterine infections at bay. Neutering minimizes the chance of testicular cancer and lowers the likelihood of prostate issues.
Spayed or neutered pets are less likely to develop endocrine problems such as Diabetes. Hormone issues are less prevalent in altered animals, too. Spaying and neutering are also routinely used to stop or reduce irritating habits. Spayed/neutered pets are less prone to roam in search of a mate, yowl, howl, spray urine, and be aggressive.
